The Lilamand Confiserie was founded in 1866 by Marius Lilamand, then a Pâtissier-Confiseur in the town of Saint Rémy de Provence. In 1903 the Confectionery went to Lilamand’s son Justin, who worked exclusively on making candied fruits, and who set up new workshops in the former tannery on the edge of the village.

Today, Pierre Lilamand continues to work with the recipe advised by Nostradamus and Olivier de Serres, four centuries early. He perpetuates this deeply-rooted savoir-faire that has been passed down from generation to generation for over 5 generations. And the family firm continues to make history and outstanding candied and glazed fruits.
